Pathway partners with foundations, corporations, private and non-profit developers, nonprofits, NGOs, and local and state government agencies to deliver programs that:

• • • Provide affordable housing for individuals, families, veterans, and transition-aged youth who are low to moderate income or at risk of homelessness

• • • Facilitate conservation efforts, including tree planting and reforestation events in communities that have limited green spaces

• • • Create paid apprenticeship opportunities for youth from low-income communities that are designed to create paths to full -time employment in the green jobs and construction sectors

• • • Deliver water and sanitation projects to rural communities that face water scarcity
